Anfa Place Mall Located in one of Africa’s most important cities, Casablanca, Morocco, this mall was designed by Architect Sir Norman Foster and developed in 2013 by Invariant. It forms part of a mixed-use complex, including offices, luxurious residential apartments, a Four Seasons hotel and the Pestana hotel suites.
The shopping center is situated in the prestigious area of Anfa in Casablanca and was acquired in July 2014 and is anchored by Carrefour, International Retail Morocco (Terranova, New Yorker, Monsoon, US Polo, La vie en Rose, Charles & Keith, Clarck’s, Coffee Place, Pedro), Alpha 55 and Marks & Spencer. The mall offers a number of international brands spanning across three levels and street level trading.
The tower’s south façade will be fully equipped with 3350 m² of panels, while rainwater recovery and waste water recycling systems are incorporated in the building’s design. The hot water also comes from an internal energy recovery system. The building is designed to be certified LEED Gold and HQE, complying with the highest international environmental quality standards.
