IoT UNITARY CONTROLLER

The KIOT-CN Room Controller is an extension of Kepler’s technology that provides a diverse range of interfaces, including wired, wireless, and electrical connections. It was developed to facilitate sophisticated hotel room, apartment, and villa automation applications. The Zigbee 3.0 and Bluetooth Mesh (SIG) interface is the most important aspect of this product since it allows for the integration of Zigbee and Bluetooth Mesh sensors, luminaires, and other actuators. The device is designed to address the requirement for a decrease in the amount of wiring in both new buildings and retrofit situations.
Additionally, the KIOT-CN Room Controller is capable of integrating without any complications with native BACnet/IP networks as well as MODBUS Systems at the controller level. Together with the software known as node red, it is possible to develop flexible room solutions that can be easily altered to changing requirements during the course of the project with minimal work. A web-based room operation that is
accomplished through a LWEB-802/803 dashboard is an essential component of the KIOT-CN system. Additionally, the system may automatically generate visuals for the L-VIS / L-PAD Touch Panel, which is used for local operation.
The room controllers that we offer offer all of the standard interfaces. The USBs, HDMI, and Ethernet cables. When it comes to lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation, and sunblinds, our room automation library offers pre-built function modules for their respective functions. The room automation system is equipped with a built-in TLS encryption, which guarantees for its secure functioning.

One Controller

The powerful KIOT-CN Controller offers connectivity functions that allow for the simultaneous integration of wired protocols BACnet, KNX, Modbus, and OPC and wireless protocols BLE 5.0, Zigbee 3.0, 2.4G/5G Dual Band Wifi. These systems can be integrated using Ethernet/IP communications.
It is possible to communicate data between all of the communication technologies that are present on the device thanks to the gateway capability. Different data points pertaining to technology are mapped on the device by means of the Local Connections capability. Global Connections provides help for the mapping of various technological data points on devices that are scattered throughout multiple locations.
Two Ethernet connector, which may be linked to a Wide Area Network (WAN) with HTTPS enabled are included in each KIOT Controller. Additionally, there are 2 USB 2.0 Type A , 2 USB 3.0 Type A ports and 2xmicro HDMI ports (up to 4Kp60) HDMI port, both of which are capable of supporting 4K 30 frames per second output. One can easily set up a virtual private network (VPN) and gain secure access to remote
locations using the built-in VPN capability.
While the KIOT-CN is capable of providing fully fledged ASTM functionality (including Alarming,
Scheduling, and Trending), it can also be perfectly integrated into the L-WEB System by the user.

least, the JavaScript kernel also makes
it possible to build serial protocols to non-standard equipment in primary plant control.

Touch panels of the KPAD-10/7 variety are optimal for use in home automation and intercom for both operation and visualization. KPAD-10/7 Touch Panels are versatile in their applications, functioning as room operator panels, network thermostats, room controllers, and cruise ship compartments, private residences, conference rooms, and hotel rooms. They also feature an integrated capacitive touch screen. The KPAD-10/7 touch panels are powered by a high speed processor that consumes negligible amounts of energy. The LOYTEC LDALI-MS2-BT/MS3-BT/MS4-BT multi‑sensor performs occupancy detection and measures the illuminance level. It integrates perfectly into the L‑DALI product line of lighting controllers and LROC‑40x room automation controllers. The occupancy sensor uses a passive infrared presence detector and a digital microphone. The sensor is optimized for use in typical office environments where even the small movements of somebody working at a desk and hitting the keyboard have to be detected across the complete detection area.

The LDALI-MS2-BT/MS3-BT provides a presence detection zone diameter of 10.8 m at 3 m mounting height and is ideal to cover a typical office room or an area in an open office space. As well it is suitable for highbay‑applications for mounting heights up to 12 m. The detection area for mounting heights from 5 m to 12 m is 256 m2.

The LDALI-MS4-BT provides a flat lense and the presence detection zone diameter is 7 m at 3 m mounting height.

With the built‑in infrared receiver, the room’s lights, sunblinds and HVAC system can be controlled via the optionally available IR remote control L-RC1. In addition to occupancy and illuminance sensors, the LDALI-MS2-BT/MS3-BT/MS4-BT comes with integrated temperature and humidity sensors. In room automation applications, those values can used to calculate the current dew point. On the back of the sensor, there is a connector for three digital inputs, allowing to connect conventional switches and push‑buttons, window contacts, dew point sensor, etc. This feature not only saves on additional hardware, but also significantly reduces wiring costs, as the inputs can be wired inside the room and wires no longer have to be pulled to the I/O modules in the switching cabinet.

Furthermore, the LDALI-MS2-BT/MS3-BT/MS4-BT can transmit all supported beacon types (iBeacon, Eddystone UID beacon or manufacturer specific LOYTEC beacon) for indoor localization.

The LDALI-MS2-BT comes with three mounting options: It can be mounted in‑wall in standard flush‑mounted boxes, spring snap in false ceilings and on‑wall with the included surface mounting box. The LDALI-MS3-BT/MS4-BT is designed to be used with spring snaps in false ceilings.

Communication and power supply is handled via the DALI bus. The LDALI-MS2-BT/MS3-BT/MS4-BT is a DALI-2 certified multi‑sensor as defined in the IEC 62386 (2014) standard and can integrated into DALI‑2 systems of other vendors.

The LOYBT-TEMP1 Bluetooth sensor is a battery powered sensor for measure‑ ments of room temperature and relative humidity. It acts as a low‑power node in a Bluetooth Mesh network and publishes sensor data on change of value as well as periodically.

The device allows to perform measurements at the location of your choice and after adding the sensor to the LPAD-7 the sensor data is automatically mapped to the system registers room temperature and humidity.

Device wake up can be forced by press of the service button. Dependent on the device status the device tries to join a Bluetooth Mesh network, find a friend which allows the device to operate as low power node or simply transmits sensor data.

A service button press is always acknowledged by status LED blinking, the LED is also used to indicate power-up and firmware update procedure.
