<p>Smart Universal InfraRed gateway with built temp sensor and humidity sensor enables seamless and effortless integration of any Air Conditioner unit (equipped with an infrared receiver) with LOYTECbased Home Automation Systems, and any 3rd party brand.</p>

Zigbee<br>3.0 is a straightforward protocol that can be readily integrated into Home<br>Controllers or Smart Hubs as a driver. You can easily integrate and regulate air conditioning units with from various home automation platforms on the market.</p>

<p>KSTAT-FC09 series fan coil thermostat is widely used in home, residential building, school, hotel, hospital, office and other environments.</p>



<p>It controls the 3-speed fan/0-10V EC fan and modulating valve in the central air-conditioning system by comparing the room temperature with set temperature to maintain the ideal room temperature.</p>



<p>It comes with a powerful built-in transformer that outputs 24VDC to the modulating valve (PICV) for energy and cost saving</p>
